Registration for new students in grades Pre-K3-8 for the 2025-2026  academic year is now underway.  Registration for 2026-2027 opens November 1.

Admissions Criteria:

• Students do not have to be Catholic to attend Saints Peter and Paul School.
• Discounted tuition and enrollment priority are offered to Catholic families members of Saints Peter and Paul Parish.
• Full-Day Kindergarten Program: students must be 5 years old by September 1 of that academic year.
• Full-day PreKindergarten Program, students must be 4 years old by September 1of that academic year.
• Preschool Program, students must be 3 years old by September of that academic year.
• All Preschool and Pre-K students must be potty-trained to begin the program.

2026-2027 Registration

• Current students and siblings are given priority for enrollment.
• Current families pay a re-enrollment fee of $80 per student through their FACTS Tuition account on their November tuition statement.
• Payment of the $80 re-enrollment fee is a confirmation of enrollment. 
• Financial obligations must be current before enrollment for 2026-2027 can be completed.

New siblings new to the School:

• Receive preferential registration window.
• May register beginning on October 1, 2025.
• Required to pay the new student registration fee of $125 per student
• Complete the New Student Application via FACTS.  Acceptances will be confirmed by the end of January 2026 and enrollment paperwork will be completed at that time.

Open Enrollment begins November 1st .

• Priority is given to members of Saints Peter and Paul Church.
• Applications must be completed online via our FACTS portal.  Click here to open an account and register.  
• A fee of $125 per new student is due with registration.
• All registration fees are non-refundable and do not apply to tuition.
•  Acceptances will be confirmed by the end of January 2026 and enrollment paperwork will be completed at that time.

New Students are required to submit the following forms once they have been accepted:

• $125 Application fee per new student (Due at the time of application and paid through FACTS)
• Copy of Baptismal Certificate
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Up-to-date medical records, including Immunization records (Dental Form and Health Form)
• West Chester Area School District Entry Questionnaire
• PA Home Language Survey
• Bus Transportation Form (Grades K-8 only) and register online with WCASD at this link: WCASD NonPublic School Transportation
• Students entering Grades 1-8 must submit academic records from the previous school
