Admissions Criteria:- Students do not have to be Catholic to attend Saints Peter and Paul School.
- Discounted tuition and enrollment priority are offered to Catholic families members of Saints Peter and Paul Parish.
- Full-Day Kindergarten Program: students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025.
- Full-day PreKindergarten Program, students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2025.
- Preschool Program, students must be 3 years old by September 1, 2025.
- All Preschool and Pre-K students must be potty-trained to begin the program.
2025-2026 Registration
- Current students and siblings are given priority for enrollment.
- Current families pay a re-enrollment fee of $80 per student through their FACTS Tuition account on their November tuition statement.
- Payment of the $80 fee is a confirmation of enrollment.
- Financial obligations must be current before enrollment for 2025-2026 can be completed.
New siblings new to the School:
- Receive preferential registration window.
- May register beginning on October 1, 2024.
- Required to pay the new student registration fee of $125 per student
- Complete the New Student Application and other paperwork listed at the bottom of this page.
Open Enrollment begins November 1st .
- Priority is given to members of Saints Peter and Paul Church.
- Forms are available through our website.
- A fee of $125 per new student is due with registration.
- All registration fees are non-refundable and do not apply to tuition.
- All supporting documents are due at the time of application to be considered for enrollment.
- The new student application fee may be paid online here.
Returning Students will be automatically enrolled by paying the $80 re-enrollment fee through their FACTS Tuition account. The payment of the $80 fee is a confirmation of continued enrollment.
New Students in Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 (Early Childhood Center) are required to submit the following forms:- 2025-2026 New Student Application
- Child Health Report
- PA Home Language Survey
- $125 Application fee per new student (Due at the time of registration)
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Copy of Birth Certificate
New Students in grades K-8 are required to submit the following forms:
- 2025-2026 New Student Application (please print front/back) Due at the time of registration
- $125 Application fee per new child. (Due at the time of registration)
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Up-to-date medical records, including Immunization records (Dental Form and Health Form)
- West Chester Area School District Entry Questionnaire
- Bus Transportation Form (Grades K-8 only) and register online with WCASD at this link: WCASD NonPublic School Transportation
- Students entering Grades 1-8 must submit academic records from the previous school
